The Palmer Apartments | Ridgeland, SC $20-$24/Hour + Monthly Commissions + Excellent Benefits Why Join Our Team $20-$24 per hour Monthly commission opportunities Medical, dental, and vision insurance Company-paid life insurance 401(k) with company match Paid holidays Generous Paid Time Off (120-160 hours annually) Ongoing training and career advancement opportunities What You'll Do Tour prospective residents and confidently close leases Follow up with leads to maximize occupancy Process applications, lease documents, and move-in paperwork Deliver outstanding customer service to current and future residents Assist with resident retention and lease renewals Conduct outreach marketing and promote the community through social media and local events Ensure model apartments and vacant homes are clean and show-ready Maintain compliance with Fair Housing guidelines and company policies What We're Looking For 2-3 years of apartment leasing experience required Lease-up experience strongly preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred Proven sales and customer service skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities Experience with property management software is a plus Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications Ability to work Saturdays as part of a rotating schedule High school diploma or GED required About The Palmer Apartments The Palmer Apartments is a welcoming apartment community in Ridgeland, SC, offering modern one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes with upscale amenities and a convenient location near Hilton Head, Bluffton, Beaufort, and Savannah.
