Licensed Dental Hygienist
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide quality dental care and promote oral health in a professional and friendly environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform dental cleanings and assist with dental procedures
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices
- Conduct oral cancer screenings
- Take and develop dental x-rays
- Maintain and sterilize dental equipment
- Document patient care and treatment plans accurately
Experience
- Proficient in infection control protocols
- Familiarity with pediatric dentistry is a plus
- Knowledge of dental assisting procedures
- Ability to review and maintain accurate patient documentation
- Experience working in a dental office or clinic setting
- Understanding of dental anatomy and aseptic techniques
- Familiarity with Eaglesoft or similar dental software systems
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $47.00 - $70.00 per hour plus bonus
Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
