responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end manufacturing process development, applying advanced engineering principles to optimize equipment performance and scale production.

• Champion data-driven continuous improvement initiatives using structured problem-solving to reduce waste, lower costs, and enhance overall quality.

• Coordinate cross-functional and external resources to execute key project deliverables, including VPI launch activities, on time and within scope.

• Serve as a technical mentor to build team capability, collaborate with key business leaders, and design ergonomic workstations that protect employee safety.
