Compensation and Benefits\n

In addition to a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 – 140,000 annually, our mental health therapists are eligible for a sign-on bonus of $3,000. Moreover, we provide malpractice insurance, including tail coverage, to protect you while you focus on providing care.
