About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) to serve as the executive leader with a primary focus on maintaining compliance with regulatory and legal obligations, as well as the company's code of business conduct and other policies. The CCO will be responsible for enhancing the design and execution of strategic and tactical programs to mitigate the risk of non-compliance and ensure that all levels of the organization understand and adhere to the established standards. This role is pivotal in fostering a culture of compliance and ethics, and the successful candidate will be expected to have a strong background in compliance and ethics management, with a particular emphasis on internal investigations. Candidates for the CCO position at the company should have an LLB or JD from an accredited law school, with a minimum of 15 years' relevant experience, including significant exposure to internal investigations. The role requires exceptional written communication skills, the ability to think and act both strategically and tactically, and a proven track record of leadership and motivation. The CCO will be the primary point of contact for compliance and ethics matters, both internally and externally, and must be capable of representing the company with the highest level of integrity and professionalism. Key responsibilities include overseeing the compliance framework, standards, and policies, as well as leading a team that is dedicated to upholding the company's values of safety, innovation, integrity, and community service.
