Position Summary

This position is responsible for managing sales results by leading the sales team of Salon Development Partners (SDPs) within the established territory to achieve sales plan across outlined region. This will be done by executing with excellence the Go to Market Strategy and Action Plans for salons, with focus on driving SDP teams. Responsible for overseeing the development and maintenance of strategic partnerships with salons, the execution of seasonal brand launches, promotional calendars and events that will drive enthusiasm and engagement with the Salon, owner, artist and consumer to drive Salon sell-thru and profitability. Will lead development and execution of salon SOAP plans alongside SDPs to drive individual salon success. Responsible for SDP coaching to ensure execution of call cycles, service wheel and in-salon experience are being properly executed. Responsible for leading new business development to achieve sales targets.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for partnering with Vice President, Salon Network to execute field sales strategy for Aveda North America
• Deliver exceptional results against Sales Targets, driving growth in Focus and Core Salons
• Develop collaborative business relationships with existing customers and potential new business partners and act as key negotiator and communicator for territory
• Develop individual salon growth plans for key salons; partner with SDPs to drive execution of SOAP plans
• Review and execute accountability standards and benchmarks for territory sales team
• Grow the business strategically by leading the team to open sustainable new business doors
• Analyze and understand in detail the “why” behind the results and formulate action plans on how to accelerate
• Attract and develop top talent with demonstrated sales capabilities to ensure sales objectives are achieved
• Represent Aveda's Mission and brand identity to the Aveda network
• Partner with salons on sell-thru of hero sku’s to maximize Aveda support and stylist favorites
• Negotiate focused assortment in multi-line salons to drive growth and improve storytelling

Pay Range:

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $128,960.00 to $193,440.00 . Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location.
