User Access Coordinator

Coordinator Position We're looking for a highly organized, reliable coordinator to manage access requests and keep things moving. This role is not technical it's about tracking requests, communicating clearly, and following up consistently to make sure nothing falls through the cracks. If you're detail-oriented, persistent, and good at keeping things organized, you'll do well here. Essential functions include: Tracking and managing a high volume of requests using a shared tracking system Sending and responding to emails to request information and follow up on outstanding items Monitoring open requests and following up regularly until they are completed Keeping all tracking data accurate and up to date Identifying delays and flagging issues that need escalation Using templates and standard processes to keep communication consistent Work schedule and location: This position is on-site in Brentwood, Tennessee Standard schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM 6:00 PM We are a 24x7x365 business and rotational after-hours support may be required This role is a great fit if you are someone early in their career looking to build experience, someone who enjoys structured, repeatable work, and someone who takes pride in being dependable and organized. This role is not a fit if you are looking for a technical or engineering role, struggle with repetitive tasks, or need constant supervision to stay on track. What success looks like in this role: requests are tracked accurately and updated in real time, follow-ups happen without needing reminders, very few requests are missed or delayed unnecessarily, and overall turnaround time improves because requests are actively managed.
