Responsibilities:
• Consult with customers about their vehicle and facts of loss
• Work with technicians to assess damage to vehicles
• Write estimates for repair, following shop / OEM procedures and standards
• Discuss options with customers and insurance for providing quality repair
• Perform in-process quality control checks.

Ideal Candidates:
• Have experience in CCC estimating
• Dealership experience, working with CDK software is a plus
• Enjoy working with people to achieve a common goal
• Value improving their skill sets
• Complete tasks with exceptional attention to detail while displaying a sense of urgency
• Follow company policies and comply with safety and standard practices
• Be dependable and honest

Requirements:
• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Must be able to lift, squat, kneel, bend and manage parts in excess of 50 pounds
