Countryside Cutters LLC is looking for a hardworking and reliable Groundsman to join our growing team in Fawn Grove, PA! This is a great opportunity to work outdoors, keep properties looking their best, and build a rewarding career in the landscaping and grounds maintenance industry. Responsibilities:
- Perform routine grounds maintenance including mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing
- Assist with landscape installation, mulching, and planting
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers
- Load and unload equipment, materials, and supplies from company vehicles
- Keep job sites clean, safe, and presentable throughout the workday
- Follow crew leader instructions and complete tasks efficiently and on schedule
- Assist with seasonal cleanup, leaf removal, and other grounds care services
- Prior experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or outdoor labor preferred
- Ability to operate hand tools and power equipment safely
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Valid driver's license is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
