RN - Rehab Profession: RN Specialty: Rehabilitation Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 06:45-19:15 Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Active RN license Certifications: BLS Must-Have: Advanced skills required Description:CarePartners is committed to delivering exceptional, personalized care.We help each patient to live the fullest, most rewarding life possible.This position is for an 80-bed inpatient facility for acute rehabilitation.We offer rehabilitation programs for a multitude of illnesses, injuries, and conditions.Our services include traditional physical, occupational, and speech therapies.We also provide specialty rehabilitation programs.CarePartners offers a full continuum of post-acute rehabilitative care.In most cases, we are the only healthcare provider in the region with these services.The unit has a number of beds available with patient ratios of 5-6.CNAs are available on all shifts to assist nursing staff.There is 11 hours of unit secretary support available daily.The equipment available includes IV pumps, specialty beds, feeding pumps, and transfer equipment.The documentation system used is Meditech.You will be expected to have experience in a med-surge or rehabilitation setting.The dress code requires navy scrubs with white tops.The facility is attractive with a friendly staff.Located in the mountains, the weather is pleasant year-round.There are many activities to enjoy during your free time. #J-18808-Ljbffr Cynet HealthStaff
