Our South Bay routes mean milder, more pleasant weather than most of LA County — no Valley heat, no desert routes. Whether you're starting your career or looking for a fresh opportunity, we offer paid training, bi-weekly pay, and a team environment full of snacks, fun, and bonuses.

Compensation:

• Starting pay: $23.50/hr
• Paid overtime (1.5x regular hourly rate)

Shifts Available:

• Full-time (up to 40 hrs/week) after 90 Days Probation
• Part-time (up to 30 hrs/week) Full day shifts ONLY
• Shift Hours: 9:45 AM – 8:15 PM weekdays and one weekend day required

• FREE snacks, water, and uniforms; paid training and sick leave; PTO
• Medical/Health, dental, and vision insurance for full-time employees; 401(k)
• Bonus raffles, regular swag giveaways, team events, and company parties

What You'll Be Doing:

• Deliver approximately 350+ Amazon packages per day on planned routes
• Load, unload, and prepare the delivery van
• Follow safety procedures and navigate using a company-provided handheld device
• Communicate professionally with customers and teammates; help others finish strong

Ideal Candidate Traits: Dependable, high-energy, detail-focused, people-oriented, and able to work independently — drivers who want to excel, not just get by. Able to perform calmly under pressure, load up a van in an organized fashion, and deliver customer satisfaction.

• 21+ years old with a valid U.S. driver's license (Non-CDL Class C preferred, no CDL required)
• Eligible to work in the U.S.; able to read and comprehend English
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs, walk 12–15 miles/shift, climb stairs, and get in/out of the van 100+ times/day
