Role Description The Physician Liaison is a full-time, on-site role based in Houston, TX responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with referring physicians and medical practices. This role involves regularly visiting physician offices, presenting information about TLC Vascular services, and identifying opportunities to increase referrals and enhance collaborative care. The Physician Liaison will coordinate outreach initiatives, organize educational sessions or trainings for providers and staff, and ensure timely follow-up on inquiries or referral needs. Day-to-day activities include tracking outreach efforts and referral patterns, gathering feedback from providers, and communicating insights to clinic leadership to support service improvement. The role also includes collaborating with the clinical and administrative teams to ensure a seamless experience for referring practices and their patients. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication and Relationship Building skills to engage effectively with physicians, office staff, and internal team members. Candidates should possess experience Working with Physicians and other healthcare professionals, with an understanding of referral processes and medical practice workflows. Candidates should possess Sales skills, including the ability to present services, identify opportunities, and support growth in referral volume in an ethical, patient-centered manner. Candidates should possess Training skills to deliver educational presentations and support provider and staff understanding of TLC Vascular’s capabilities and processes. Relevant qualifications include prior experience in healthcare liaison, medical sales, or practice outreach; knowledge of cardiovascular or vascular care is preferred.
