This 13-week locums opportunity in Canton, CT offers Monday-Friday daytime hours, 40 hours per week, and the potential for permanent employment for the right provider.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

This role is ideal for an NP who can confidently balance patient care with the day-to-day clinical workflow of a busy Family Medicine practice.

Responsibilities include:

• Epic In Basket Coverage
• Prescription Management + Refills
• Patient Messages + Follow-Up
• Acute/Emergent Patient Visits
• Hospital Discharge Follow-Up
• Annual Wellness Visits
• General Family Medicine / Primary Care Support

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Nurse Practitioner
• Family Medicine experience strongly preferred
• Primary Care experience considered
• Comfortable working across Family Medicine age ranges
• Epic experience required
• Strong communication and patient-management skills
• Flexible, team-oriented, and comfortable stepping into an established practice
• Able to manage both direct patient care and clinical In Basket responsibilities
