Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Homecare

Pay: $43 per hour patient specific rate. $29 per hour office base rate.

Schedule: One to two shifts per week. 3 hours long. 11am or noon start.

What you'll do

• Provide direct care in the home
• Monitor patient condition
• Administer medications
• Support care plans

Requirements

• Active LPN license
• Drug Screen Required.
• Current BLS certification
• 1+ year experience preferred
