Work Environment

Your work will take place onsite in our outpatient office, where you will work Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized therapy sessions, with a focus on one to two patients per hour, ensuring personalized attention and care.
• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions and develop tailored treatment plans that align with their unique goals.
• Utilize a range of evidence-based active therapy techniques, hands-on manipulation, and educational resources to facilitate patient progress.
• Regularly measure patient progress and modify treatment approaches based on real-time feedback and recovery milestones.
• Maintain accurate, comprehensive documentation of patient care, treatment plans, and progress for compliance and quality assurance purposes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work primarily with diverse outpatient clients recovering from various conditions, including post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, chronic pain, and mobility issues. Our patient demographic spans all ages, from children to seniors, allowing for an enriching experience that promotes lifelong learning and adaptation in your practice.

Qualifications

• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) degree from an accredited program is required.
• Active Florida PT license in good standing is essential for this role.
• A minimum of two years of outpatient therapy experience, showcasing your competence in delivering effective physical therapy services.

Preferred Experience

• Experience using advanced therapeutic modalities and techniques, as well as familiarity with outcome measurement tools, is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
