Clinical Nursing Supervisor (RN)

Location: Medford, OR
Job Type: Full-Time | Onsite
Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Workweek: 36 hours/week

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with strong clinical leadership or supervisory experience to join a mission-driven healthcare team. This role will provide clinical oversight, staff leadership, and patient care support within a structured, trauma-informed environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership, oversight, coaching, and mentorship to nursing staff.
• Supervise LPN and Lead LPN staff.
• Oversee nursing workflows, documentation, medication practices, and clinical processes.
• Assist with staffing coordination, scheduling, onboarding, and staff development.
• Collaborate with providers and multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
• Promote quality, patient safety, regulatory compliance, and patient-centered care.
• Respond to clinical escalations and operational concerns.
• Provide direct patient care when needed.
• Support a safe, structured, and trauma-informed care environment.
• Monitor nursing practices and identify opportunities for quality improvement.

Requirements

• Current Oregon RN License .
• Current BLS Certification .
• Previous nursing leadership or supervisory experience required .
• Experience in medical, behavioral health, addiction, or withdrawal management settings required.
• Strong communication, delegation, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills.
• Experience with EHR and clinical documentation systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Substance use disorder, detox, withdrawal management, or behavioral health experience.
• Trauma-Informed Care certification.
• CNML, CARN, or similar nursing leadership certification.
• Experience with quality improvement and staff development.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
