Hotel: Phoenix Glendale Renaissance Address: 9495 Entertainment Blvd, Glendale, AZ 85305 Position Type: Full time Compensation Range: $19.00 per hour Actual pay may vary based on experience, skills, qualifications, and location. Job Description Work the overnight shift (11 PM – 7 AM) as the go-to team member for guest needs, questions, and check‑ins. Balance the books nightly—post revenues, reconcile ledgers, and ensure accurate record keeping. Handle guest requests and complaints calmly and professionally throughout the shift. Manage reports, paperwork, and financial summaries. Maintain security and confidentiality of all day‑end business operations. Qualifications Front office experience of at least 6 months. Basic accounting knowledge—posting revenues and balancing reports. High school diploma or equivalent. Strong communication and math skills. Tech savvy with Excel and property systems.
