Company Description The Home Influencers is a pioneering creator platform exclusively focused on the home industry, connecting design-focused creators with influential brands. We empower home brands to discover creators, develop impactful content-driven campaigns, and enhance storytelling. Our mission is to serve as the leading content commerce engine in the home industry, aligning brands and creators to redefine how people shop, live, and engage with design. Role Description As a Talent Manager, you will identify and develop relationships with talented content creators and influencers in the home and design space. Your responsibilities include recruiting and onboarding talent, managing partnerships between creators and brands, negotiating contracts, overseeing campaign execution, and ensuring alignment with brand objectives. **Commission-only Talent Manager role: compensation is fully performance-based, with earnings derived from a percentage of revenue generated through brand partnerships, creator deals, and client acquisitions. Potential to convert to a full-time salaried role based on interest & performance** Qualifications Must have previous experience with managing creators, brand relationships, and negotiating contracts for social media based deliverables across channels including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, etc. Understanding of the creator economy and eco-system, as well at rate structures across posts, UGC, and usage rights. Nice to have: previous brand relationships with home & design brands Key Skills Needed: Relationship-building, networking, and talent acquisition skills Experience in brand collaboration, contract negotiations, and creator management Strategic planning and project management capabilities Strong understanding of the home industry, influencer marketing, and content trends Excellent written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively Knowledge of content licensing, content commerce strategies, and campaign performance analytics Proficiency in utilizing digital tools and platforms for communication and campaign management Background in marketing, communications, or related fields preferred Proactive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, design-focused environment
