About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to serve as a strategic partner and high-level operator, with a focus on guiding the institution's day-to-day operations and amplifying the effectiveness of the President, executive cabinet, faculty, and staff. The successful candidate will be a key member of the executive cabinet, leading and managing a variety of initiatives, and will be responsible for representing the interests and priorities of the Office of the President. This role is pivotal in the college's Resurgence, requiring a blend of leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills to navigate the complexities of the academic environment. Key responsibilities for the Chief of Staff include strategic planning and execution, operations management, and serving as the primary liaison to improve internal communication. The role demands a fast-paced, highly functioning individual with a Master's degree (doctorate preferred) and proven leadership experience, particularly in project management, operations, or consulting. The Chief of Staff will work closely with the President on institutional strategy, lead high-level projects, and ensure the smooth functioning of the college's operations. Essential skills include exceptional communication, interpersonal abilities, and strategic thinking to support the President in decision-making and to drive the college's goals forward.
