About the Role:

Stargait Management Group Inc is looking for a passionate and dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our growing team in Vancouver, WA. Responsibilities:

• Implement physical therapy treatment plans under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and functional mobility training
• Monitor and document patient progress, reporting observations to the supervising PT
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention techniques
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized treatment environment and equipment
• Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Uphold compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations and standards of care

Requirements:

• Associate's degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Current or eligible PTA licensure in the state of Washington
• CPR/BLS certification required or ability to obtain upon hire
• Previous clinical experience in outpatient, orthopedic, or rehabilitation settings preferred
• Strong knowledge of therapeutic modalities, exercise techniques, and patient care protocols
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-centered approach
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
