Ed Kalpagian State Farm is an established, tenured agency seeking a driven Insurance Sales Representative to help accelerate new business growth. This is a sales-dominant Acquisitions Specialist role for someone who enjoys prospecting, building relationships, handling objections, and confidently closing business.

We're looking for a motivated, competitive professional who takes ownership of results and wants to grow in a performance-focused agency. Insurance experience is preferred, but we're willing to support a strong sales candidate through licensing and training.

Licensing Requirements

• Property & Casualty license must be obtained before your first day with the agency.
• Life & Health licenses must be obtained within the agency's established timeframe after your start date.
• The agency provides licensing guidance and support throughout the process.
• Already licensed applicants are encouraged to apply.

What You'll Do

• Generate new business through outbound calls, lead follow-up, referrals, and proactive outreach.
• Quote, present, and close Auto, Home, Renters, Life, and other available insurance products.
• Conduct needs-based conversations to uncover coverage gaps and recommend solutions.
• Build and manage an active pipeline of prospective customers.
• Follow up consistently, overcome objections, and confidently ask for the sale.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and develop referral relationships.
• Track sales activity, applications, and results against agency production goals.
• Provide professional customer follow-up and maintain accurate records.
