Contractor Compliance & Workforce Lifecycle Lead

Crowe is seeking an HR Compliance Manager focused on contractor management. You will oversee the end-to-end contingent worker lifecycle, advising leaders on compliant engagement models and classifications.

You will partner with Talent, Legal, Finance, and business units to ensure accurate records, approvals, and compliant SOWs across engagements. The role requires 5–7+ years of HR compliance experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and the ability to drive process improvements and risk mitigation across
