Where Pittsburgh, PA Who it's for Students, trainees, and recent graduates What you'll do Walk-throughs of churches, community buildings, and homes Documentation of building systems, assets, and conditions Measurements and readings collected with assessment tools Maintenance need lists and photo documentation Assembling findings into a clear building record Who this is for Students or recent graduates in HVAC, electrical, building science, energy, or construction pathways People who are careful, observant, and methodical What you need Participants do not independently perform licensed inspections or make professional determinations outside their qualifications. All findings are reviewed by qualified Frontline or partner technical staff. What's included Flex Internships are paid project-based opportunities that students, trainees, and recent graduates can complete alongside training, school, or other work. Assignments vary based on project demand, availability, fit, and demonstrated readiness. Frontline matches you to assignments on active projects. Scheduling, payment, and field coordination are handled by Frontline. Assignment length and schedule vary by project. Participation does not guarantee a fixed number of paid hours. Qualified participants can be considered for additional assignments. Students referred by Frontline Career-Track Partner programs may receive priority consideration for aligned assignments.
