Accounts Payable and Receivable Specialist

Our company is on the lookout for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Payable and Receivable Specialist to join our skillful finance team. This crucial role involves managing the complete lifecycle of our company's financial transactions, from processing vendor invoices to ensuring timely collection of payments from our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling accounts, and contributing to the overall financial health of the organization. Responsibilities:
- Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivables' data.
- Prepare bills, invoices, and bank deposits.
- Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
- Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients’ billing issues.
- Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status.
- Manage and process all accounts payable invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper authorization before payment.
