Per Diem Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN)The Per Diem Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) will provide compassionate and high-quality nursing care to patients in a variety of healthcare settings. This position offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to work on a per diem basis.ResponsibilitiesPatient Care Assess patients' physical and emotional status.Develop and implement individualized care plans.Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed.Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the appropriate healthcare provider.Assist with patient activities of daily living (ADLs).Documentation Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the electronic medical record.Maintain detailed and organized patient charts.Collaboration Collaborate with physicians, other healthcare providers, and patients' families to ensure optimal patient care.Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings.Quality Improvement Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and participate in performance evaluations.Adhere to hospital policies and procedures.Professional Development Maintain current nursing licensure and certifications.Participate in continuing education opportunities to enhance nursing skills.QualificationsEducation Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) degree from an accredited nursing program.Current and valid nursing license in the state of [State].Experience Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
