About the Role: As a CBRE FCG Financial Analyst, you will prepare financial analysis and reports to support FCG client consulting engagements. This job is part of the Client Consulting function. They are responsible for advisory services in relation to real estate operations and investments. What You’ll Do: Prepare financial analysis and reports to support FCG client consulting engagements. Assist with the development of financial models used in client advisory recommendations. Support the preparation of client deliverables, presentations, and consulting reports. Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends relevant to client needs. Coordinate with senior consultants on data gathering and analysis for client projects. Uses existing procedures to solve standard problems. Analyzes information and standard practices to make judgments. Focuses on self-development and contributes within own role.
