Hours: 40 hours/week
Typical scheduled hours may range from 7:00 AM–3:30 PM to 8:30 AM–5:00 PM.

Start Date: Typical start date is within approximately 2 weeks after offer acceptance and completion of onboarding/credentialing requirements.

Compensation:

• Weekly Gross: $2,733
• Weekly Taxable: $1,480
• Weekly non-taxable: $1,253
• Hourly Taxable Rate: $37.00
• Estimated Blended Rate: $68.33/hr
• Overtime Rate: $55.50/hr

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience required
• Minimum 1 year of oncology nursing experience required

License & Certification Requirements

• Active Pennsylvania RN License required
• BLS certification required (AHA Healthcare Provider standard)
• Must have completed either:
  • ONS Biotherapy/Chemotherapy Provider Course, or
  • ONS Fundamentals of Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Administration Course
• Candidates without ONS certification must be willing to complete certification within 2 weeks of hire

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Outpatient Oncology RN to provide professional nursing care to hematology/oncology patients in a clinical outpatient setting. The RN will assist providers with patient care, patient education, medication administration, and coordination of care while maintaining established clinical standards and safety protocols.

Responsibilities include:

• Administering oncology-related treatments and medications
• Supporting patient examinations and treatment procedures
• Educating patients and caregivers
• Collaborating with healthcare team members
• Responding effectively during emergency situations
• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation

• Day shift outpatient assignment
• No weekends
• No holiday coverage required
• Guaranteed 40 hours per week
• Active state license required at submission
• Facility will not accept 1099 candidates
• No on-call requirement
