Canning Line Operator - Weekend Shift (3 Days - Paid for 40 Hours!)

Schedule: Weekend Shift Friday - Sunday: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM 3-day work week (36 hours worked, paid for 40 hours!) Training will need to occur during the week, but there is flexibility for you to determine what training hours work best for your schedule What You'll Do Set up, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain high-speed canning line equipment (filler, seamer, packaging, shrink wrapper) Monitor production to ensure efficiency, quality, and minimal downtime Act with urgency to quickly address line or equipment faults Identify and then raise mechanical issues to Maintenance when needed Follow all safety standards, GMPs, and sanitation practices Support team operations through overtime as needed Perform all other duties as assigned Must operate with a high sense of urgency at all times. This role requires constant monitoring of equipment and immediate response to machine faults or slowdowns. Failure to act quickly can stop the entire canning line. Individuals who are not attentive, proactive, and fast-moving in addressing issues will not be successful in this role.
