Senior Consultant - Building Diagnostics & Structural Engineering About the Role: This role is with a well-established and design-focused structural engineering firm is known for its deep expertise in tilt-up construction and commitment to precision and collaboration. With a strong reputation across the commercial and industrial markets, the firm partners with top-tier architects and contractors to deliver technically challenging projects at scale. This role is ideal for an experienced BIM professional who enjoys bringing structures to life in Revit and thrives in a collaborative, detail-oriented environment. The BIM Designer will be responsible for developing and coordinating structural construction documents, while ensuring alignment with architectural, MEP, and project engineering input. The Ideal Experience:

• 5+ years of structural drafting experience related to building design
• Proficient in Revit Structure and AutoCAD (Revit skills may be tested)
• Associate degree in Drafting and Design (architecture/structures emphasis preferred)
• Experience detailing in steel, concrete, masonry, and wood structures
• Familiarity with tilt-up construction is a strong plus

Typical Responsibilities:

• Produce complete, accurate construction documents using Revit Structure
• Develop and maintain Revit families, detail libraries, and drafting tools
• Incorporate markups and design revisions from the project engineer
• Coordinate with architectural, MEP, and other consultants to resolve conflicts
• Assist with RFIs, change orders, and construction administration when needed
• Attend coordination meetings and manage timelines across multiple projects
• Analyze sketches and notes to create accurate drawings with minimal oversight
