Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to adapt to varying shift schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Working Environment

This role is predominantly in an emergency room setting, which handles approximately 50-60 patients daily. The department operates with a vertical flow model, allowing for efficient patient management and care. The nurse-to-patient ratio is typically 1:3-4, depending on patient acuity.

• Orientation consists of 1-2 shifts within the emergency department.
