IU Health Arnett Physicians seeks a Family Medicine physician to practice in a rural medicine community team-based care in our Otterbein Family Medicine Clinic. Otterbein is a short 15-minutedrive from West Lafayette, IN (Home of Purdue University)

Employment Opportunity Details:

• Full-time (open to flexible scheduling) in a rural area

• Traditional family medicine practice: chronic disease management, wellness, for all ages of patients
• Call is shared among a large Family Medicine Team

Qualifications

• US BE/BC in Family Medicine
• MD/DO Indiana license or eligible
• Consistent and consecutive employment/training history
• Ability to provide high quality patient care
• Team oriented, positive and patient centered
