General Dentist Opportunity in Savage, MN Lake Ridge Dental Care is seeking a passionate and driven General Dentist to join our dynamic team. Whether you're a seasoned practitioner or just beginning your journey, this is your chance to lead a practice with clinical autonomy while being supported by the resources and expertise of Heartland Dental, the nation’s largest Dental Support Organization. This role is suitable for a new graduate or a doctor with experience. We are looking for someone open to working Monday through Thursday and 2 Fridays per month.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental care with clinical autonomy while delivering exceptional patient care in a supported practice environment.
• Collaborate with a high-performing team to maintain a positive and communicative work culture.
• Utilize technology to enhance patient care, including iTero Scanner, WaveOne Gold, and VideaHealth AI.

What We’re Looking For

• DDS/DMD degree and an active, unrestricted Minnesota license.
• Dedication to delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care and building trust and comfort with patients.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Prolonged sitting and standing; flexibility to adapt to the dynamic nature of dental practice.
• Physical stamina to lift and carry up to 45 pounds when necessary.
• Availability for periodic virtual training and in-person trainings as required.
• TB testing required prior to starting employment, with arrangements made during the pre-employment process (not applicable in FL & TN).
