Compensation & Perks:  

• Earn $30–$85 per class based on experience and class size
• Free Unlimited Membership at all 5 studio locations

What You’ll Do as a Coach:

• Guide members through pre-designed group workouts using interval training principles
• Deliver motivation, accountability, and expert instruction to a diverse member base
• Support members in setting and achieving personal fitness goals
• Ensure proper form and technique while correcting movement safely
• Demonstrate and explain equipment usage clearly and confidently
• Bring energy and presence to every class, creating a fun and inclusive experience
• Stay informed on fitness trends and competition — and always be improving

What We’re Looking For:
You’re a team player, coachable, and passionate about fitness and helping others. You lead with energy and clarity, and you know how to connect with people of all fitness levels. You bring the science and the vibe.

Required Certifications (at least one of the following):

• ACE, NASM, AFAA, NSCA, ACSM (CPT, CSCS, Group Fitness, or Exercise Physiologist) - Must be NCCA accredited and proctored exam. 
• Current CPR/AED certification is also required
