Currently registered as an occupational therapist by the National Board of Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) and licensed in the State of Colorado and maintained throughout employmentValid driver s license, unlimited access to reliable transportation, and adequate automobile insurance are maintained throughout employment.
