We're looking for dependable, hands-on technicians from fields like overnight shipping and logistics, pest control, power washing, military logistics, or HVAC who take pride in solving tough problems and delivering top-tier service as a team. As the Lead Technician Hood & Exhaust Cleaning Technician, you will be part of our overnight crew in cleaning and maintaining commercial kitchen exhaust systems to NFPA 96 fire safety standards. You'll oversee job site setup, power washing kitchen exhausts, equipment maintenance, and site takedown. You will drive operational excellence, safety, and team performance.

Who We're Looking For:

• A proactive professional with a sense of urgency and drive for achieving results.
• A creative problem solver who can think outside the box and tackle challenges head-on.

• Overnight crew experience is preferred but not required.

Requirements:

• Work nights, overnight position.
• A valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check (we are a 2nd chance employer depending on the outcome of the background - be up front!)
• Ability to climb ladders, work at heights, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in a physical, fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work independently and lead a team effectively.
