Founding Technical Recruiter for AI & Infra

Town is hiring its founding technical recruiter to own how Town finds, engages, and closes engineers who will define the company. You’ll partner with the founders and leaders to carry our most important technical searches in a hands-on, high-signal way. This role will shape the candidate experience, build scalable interviewing loops, and help Town hire like a much larger team, with in-person collaboration five days a week at our SF office. #J-18808-Ljbffr Town.com, Inc.
