Staffing Scheduler

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Nursing Home Scheduler to join our team at Westbury Center of McDonough for Nursing and Healing. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for scheduling Nursing Shifts and Transportation for our residents. Responsibilities Create and maintain staff schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels Track attendance, monitor lateness and absences, and provide reports to management Provide accurate and timely reports to the DON, Facility Administrator, and management on issues relating to staffing, vacancies, and agency use Maintain timely records of call‑offs, tardies, and early arrivals, and coordinate with HR to ensure attendance policies are administered promptly and fairly Create and post monthly staff schedules Track and post changes and approve trades in the absence of the DON or as delegated by the DON Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders Requirements Experience with Microsoft Office Products Team Player CNA preferred but not required Some experience as a scheduler is preferred Work Environment Our dynamic team is dedicated to delivering exceptional care and service to our residents and their families.
