Schedule options include:1st Shift: Monday – Friday, 7 AM – 3:30 PM, with overtime on Saturdays2nd Shift: Monday – Friday, 3:30 PM – 12 AM or 4:30 PM – 1 AM, with overtime on Saturdays3rd Shift: Sundays, 9:30 PM – 7 AM, Monday – Thursday, 11:30 PM – 7 AM, with overtime on FridaysOvertime required as needed. This opportunity lets you help manufacture quality products, support production goals, and contribute to a team that keeps operations running safely and efficiently.Job duties include applying adhesive to foam boards and styrene during the lamination process, working as part of a production team, monitoring pressure and alignment for proper bonding, inspecting materials for quality and consistency, moving materials through the production process, and following all safety and production procedures.Requirements include the ability to lift up to 35 lbs. regularly, comfortable working around strong adhesive fumes, ability to bend, kneel, reach, and grasp materials throughout the shift, strong attention to detail and quality, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
