Inventory Coordinator I

The Inventory Coordinator I is responsible for ensuring all inventory is maintained accurately and provided to production lines in a timely manner.

Requirement/Must Have

• Experience in a clean room environment, especially for medical device manufacturing.
• Hands-on SAP experience for material transfers and kitting orders.
• Ability to read and comprehend process documents at a middle school level.

Responsibilities

• Kitting of medical device production orders in a clean room environment by accurately counting and documenting components to a work order.
• Perform material movements both physically and systematically in SAP ERP system.
• Perform Goods Receipts in the SAP ERP system.
• Demonstrate teamwork within a cross-functional team to meet goals.
• Maintain a neat and safe work environment.
• Communicate verbally and in writing.
• Work independently and balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Work in a warehouse using pallet jacks and other warehouse machinery.
• Work overtime as required for business needs.
• Read, understand, and follow company processes and work instructions.
• Handle chemicals with proper training and PPE provided.
• Maintain positive and cooperative communications and collaboration with all levels of employees, customers, contractors, and vendors.
• Perform other related duties and responsibilities, on occasion, as assigned.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Windchill.
• Experience with other enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.

Skills

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work well on a team.

Qualification And Education

• Experience in medical device and clean room manufacturing.
• Experience assigning materials to production orders.
