Enterprise and Carrier Account Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a highly connected sales professional to drive enterprise and carrier revenue growth across strategic markets. This individual will leverage existing relationships and industry expertise to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and close complex telecommunications and infrastructure deals. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who requires minimal oversight and can generate opportunities from day one.
Responsibilities
- Build and grow enterprise and carrier sales pipelines.
- Develop relationships with commercial real estate, developers, enterprise organizations, and telecommunications partners.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to develop custom solutions.
- Represent the organization at industry events and networking functions.
- Consistently exceed revenue and growth targets. Compensation: Annual base pay for this role will range from $90,000
- $100,000 with uncapped commission bonus potential. (OTE is approximately $150,000 with top performers earning significantly more.)
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years of enterprise telecommunications, fiber, carrier, or infrastructure sales experience. - Demonstrated success closing complex B2B deals.
- Existing book of business and industry relationships.
- Experience selling fiber, carrier, networking, connectivity, or infrastructure solutions.
- Strong consultative selling and relationship management skills.
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Relationships within commercial real estate, property ownership groups, or developers.
- Experience selling dark fiber, DIA, Ethernet, wavelength, hosted voice, or carrier services.
- Existing relationships with wireless carriers or tower operators.
- Experience selling into healthcare, education, municipalities, or large enterprises.
- HubSpot CRM experience.
- Data center, colocation, or wireless infrastructure sales experience. - Experience operating within NY, NJ, PA, and VA markets.
