About the Role

The Company is seeking a General Counsel to play a pivotal role in its next phase of growth. The successful candidate will be the senior-most legal executive, with a direct line to the CEO and Co-Founder, and will be responsible for setting and executing legal and enterprise-risk strategy. This includes leading a capable in-house legal team, managing specialist outside counsel, and ensuring that legal judgment is integrated into the company's products, partnerships, and revenue model. The role demands a proactive, collaborative business partner with a strong background in data-intensive technology, particularly in the areas of adtech, digital identity, and privacy technology. The General Counsel will also be tasked with maintaining strong corporate governance, overseeing disputes, and building a scalable legal function. Applicants for the General Counsel position at the company should be ready to take on the accountability of a General Counsel-level role, with a proven track record of operating as a senior legal decision-maker. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data-intensive technology, combining privacy fluency with commercial instinct, and be adept at forming defensible positions on data protection issues. Experience in adtech and identity ecosystems, as well as a background in integrating acquisitions across jurisdictions, is highly desirable.
