Woodridge, IL (Onsite) | $85,000 – $90,000 + Full Benefits Food Labeling & Regulatory Specialist We’ve partnered with a growing international food company managing a large portfolio of global products. They’re looking for a hands‑on labeling specialist to own food label compliance across multiple SKUs. This is a true labeling role (not plant QA) — focused on creating, reviewing, and approving labels. What You’ll Do Create and update food labels (FDA 21 CFR, USDA) Build and validate: Ingredient statements Allergen declarations Nutrition Facts Panels Review and approve product claims (Non‑GMO, Organic, etc.) Manage label updates tied to formulation or regulatory changes Work with R&D, QA, and suppliers to ensure accuracy Support a high‑volume, fast‑paced SKU environment What They’re Looking For 3+ years of hands‑on food labeling experience Experience creating or owning labels (not just reviewing) Strong knowledge of FDA labeling regulations (21 CFR) Strongly Preferred Experience with Genesis / ESHA or similar tools Certifications such as:

HACCP
