Non-CDL Driver/Warehouse worker

Doraville

7 AM-3:30 PM

Express Employment Professionals, Atlanta NE location has an immeidate Temp to hire position in Doraville for a Non-CDL driver/warehouse worker with great custome service. Candidate should be able to operate a forklift and pallet jack.

Perform daily pre-trip / post-trip inspections on vehicles and keep accurate records.
Operate a forklift (powered industrial truck)
Load truck accurately, safely, and properly secure the load for customer deliveries.
Organize appropriate paperwork for daily deliveries. Example: Invoices, Pick-up tickets, etc.
Accurately deliver and unload customer orders to designated destinations in a timely manner and obtain signatures to complete all required paperwork.
Collect payments at the time of delivery when required.
Fill customer orders by retrieving material from the warehouse and other locations.
Check in and put away material, verifying quantities and quality of received material. Maintain clear aisles and walkways. Ensure the material is properly organized.
Follow procedures for returned products. Returned products include over-stock, damaged products, and warranty items.
Accept returns from customers, complete appropriate paperwork, and return products to the warehouse.

Education and Experience

A valid Class C United States Driver's License is required.
An insurable driving record is required.
A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred

Physical Requirements

Must be able to lift-up-to 100 lbs. Move product as much as 100 yards. Must be able to sit and drive for

HOURS

This is a full-time position. Typical work schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Based on branch location, work hours are subject to change. Must be flexible to work additional hours, evenings, weekends, and Saturdays during peak season
