Seeking an experienced Technical Product Owner (TPO) to serve as the sole technical owner for the SAP Service Management domain across the enterprise.

This is an architect-level leadership position responsible for defining the technical vision, solution roadmap, and architectural direction for Service Management capabilities. You will partner with Product Managers, Enterprise Architects, Solution Architects, business stakeholders, and global implementation partners to deliver scalable, standardized, and innovative Service Management solutions.

This role is significantly more strategic than a traditional Functional Lead. Rather than focusing on system configuration, you will own the overall Service Management solution, influence architecture decisions, guide implementation partners, and ensure the platform evolves in alignment with Schneider Electric's long-term technology strategy.

• Own the SAP Service Management domain across the enterprise.

• Define and shape the future Service Management template used globally.

• Influence enterprise architecture and product roadmap decisions.

• Lead technical solution design during an active global transformation program.

• Partner with executive leadership and global business stakeholders.

• Drive modernization initiatives supporting SAP S/4HANA and Salesforce ecosystems.

• Work with leading implementation partners while maintaining internal solution ownership.

• Help define future platform upgrades and long-term Service Management strategy.

As the Technical Product Owner SAP Service Management, you will:

• Own the enterprise SAP Service Management solution and overall domain strategy.

• Define technical direction, architecture standards, and solution governance.

• Partner with Product Managers to prioritize business capabilities and maximize business value.

• Guide Solution Architects in developing the Solution Roadmap and Architecture Runway.

• Lead design decisions and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles.

• Provide functional and technical leadership across implementation teams.

• Collaborate with SAP, Salesforce (ServiceMax), integration, and development teams.

• Drive backlog prioritization, user story refinement, and Agile delivery planning.

• Support Scrum teams throughout sprint planning, execution, testing, and release activities.

• Lead issue resolution, remove delivery roadblocks, and manage technical risks.

• Promote standardized business processes while minimizing unnecessary customizations.

• Ensure end-to-end testing strategies adequately cover integrated business processes.

• Partner with Change Management teams to support user adoption and organizational readiness.

• Develop and execute comprehensive cutover strategies supporting global deployments.

• Participate in Program Increment (PI) Planning, backlog grooming, and Agile ceremonies.

• Mentor functional teams and implementation partners while providing enterprise solution leadership.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• 8+ years of experience in SAP Service Management, ServiceMax, or enterprise Service Management solutions.

• 5+ years serving as a Technical Product Owner, Solution Architect, Functional Architect, Enterprise Architect, or Lead Functional Consultant.

• Deep expertise in SAP Service Management processes, including:

  • Service Order Management

  • Work Order Management

  • Workforce Management

  • Service Project Planning

  • Labor Costing

  • Material Management

  • Expense Management

  • Reporting and Analytics

• Proven experience leading multiple enterprise ERP implementation programs.

• Extensive experience designing enterprise Service Management solutions.

• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA Service Management capabilities.

• Salesforce ServiceMax experience is highly desirable.

• Experience owning enterprise solution roadmaps and product backlogs.
