Registered Nurse, Nurse Manager
Duties
The Registered Nurse, Nurse Manager duties include but are not limited to:
- Functions as a clinical expert, is responsible and accountable for all elements of the nursing process when providing or supervising direct patient care in Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) / Interventional Radiology in Patient Care Services.
- Collaborates with various leaders across the clinical services for allocation of resources, effective scheduling, and creating innovative process improvement initiatives.
- Provides oversight of staff delivering direct care services, customer satisfaction, while supporting the Medical Center and Service missions.
- Applies expertise to lead service specific and/or global initiatives.
- Meets critical deadlines, demonstrated outcomes, and attention to detail.
- Demonstrates commitment to positive practice environment through effective communication, professional behaviors, and leadership.
