Occupational Therapist (OT)

Overview Powerback is a leader in physical, occupational, speech, and respiratory therapies, helping older adults stay active and children receive therapy at home and school. Position Title: Occupational Therapist Location/Work Environment: In facility Reporting Structure: Director of Rehabilitation Responsibilities As an Occupational Therapist, you will assess patient needs, develop individualized recovery plans, and deliver occupational therapy to restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities and independence. You will adapt to the needs of each patient, collaborate with peers, and provide training to patients and caregivers on the skills they need to promote independence and productivity. You will also refer patients for additional care when necessary to support their overall recovery journey. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in an occupational therapy curriculum accredited by ACOTE standards. Initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
