We are seeking a highly motivated Associate Dentist with a passion for surgery, implants, and IV moderate sedation to join our growing team throughout the Greater Cincinnati area. Our practices provide an established referral network, strong patient demand, advanced technology, and the clinical support necessary for providers to grow both professionally and financially. This role offers flexibility across multiple locations and can be structured for either full-time or part-time availability.

• Established surgical and sedation patient flow

• Strong referral network from dentists throughout the Cincinnati area

This role is heavily focused on:

• Surgical extractions, including basic third molar impactions

• Implant placement and restorative implant treatment

• IV moderate sedation dentistry

• Emergency and high-needs patient treatment

Additional opportunities may include:

• Bone grafting and advanced surgical procedures

• Provide IV moderate sedation services in accordance with state regulations and best practices

• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold infection control and safety standards

• $1,000 daily guarantee during initial transition period

• Production-based compensation at 35% of collections

• Established surgical patient base and productive schedules from day one

Our offices have a long-standing track record of strong production for IV moderate sedation providers, with earning potential directly tied to clinical skill, efficiency, and case acceptance.

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school

• Active Ohio dental license (or eligibility to obtain)

• Active IV Moderate Sedation Permit

• Experience with surgical extractions and implant dentistry preferred

• Commitment to clinical excellence and compassionate patient care

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

This role offers flexibility to work across multiple Moorehead Dentistry locations throughout the Greater Cincinnati area, all within approximately 30-40 minutes of downtown Cincinnati.
