* Shift Differentials Available:

• LPN Paid-In-Lieu-of-Benefits (PIB): $39.00/hour
• LPN PRN: $34.00/hour + applicable shift differentials

• PRN (On-call, minimum 4 shifts per month and 1 weekend shift per month)

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care
• Assess resident health status and monitor changes in condition
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Coordinate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Promote resident safety, dignity, and quality of life
• Support a positive and respectful care environment

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

* Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or senior living * Passion for serving older adults
