Job Title: Customer Service Specialist (Full-Time) Company: Do It Tennis – Online Tennis Equipment Retailer Location: San Marcos, CA 92069 Pay: $22–$27 per hour (depending on experience) Schedule: Full-Time (40 hours/week) Do It Tennis is a growing online retailer specializing in high-quality tennis equipment, apparel, and accessories. Our main office is in San Marcos, California but we also have fulfillment warehouses in Houston, TX and Jacksonville, FL. We serve players mainly in the United States but also ship to customers all across the globe. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer experiences along with top-tier products. Position Overview We are looking for a friendly, organized, and an enthusiastic Customer Service Specialist to join our team full-time. In this role, you will help customers with orders, product questions, returns, and general support. You’ll be a key part of ensuring our customers have a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone Assist customers with product selection, sizing, and equipment recommendations Resolve issues related to orders, shipping, returns, and exchanges Process refunds, replacements, and warranty claims Track and update customer orders within our e-commerce platform Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to resolve fulfillment issues Maintain accurate records of customer interactions Provide feedback to management on recurring customer questions or processing issues Qualifications 1+ year of customer service experience (e-commerce or retail preferred) Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable using online systems and e-commerce platforms Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Passion for tennis or racquet sports is a plus (but not required) Compensation & Benefits $22–$27 per hour, depending on experience Full-time schedule (40 hours per week) Paid time off and holidays Health benefits and 401(k) retirement account available Why Join Us?
