Minimum Requirements Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Ohio state license is required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in skilled nursing facilities is required. Demonstrated experience with geriatric population and post-acute care documentation standards. Familiarity with electronic medical records used in long-term care settings is preferred.
